PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICY

We are delighted to assist you in planning your dream journey to explore the beauty and culture of Africa. To facilitate a smooth and convenient payment process, we have designed a comprehensive payment plan for our valued clients.

Payment Policy

  • Are you satisfied with your package? Our payment policy is that you make full payment at least 30 days before departure. This will enable us have ample time to plan your experience to the fullest.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept payments through credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Please ensure that payments are made in a timely manner to secure your reservation.

Payment Instructions:

  • Payments can be made via Credit Card and Bank Transfer.
  • Please ensure that all payments are made in the specified currency mentioned in your invoice and include any applicable transaction fees.
  • Kindly reference your booking code or invoice number on all transactions for easy identification.

Cancel or Reschedule

Have your plans changed?

  • Our standard cancellation policy is that you can get a full (100%) refund for any experience if you cancel at least 30 days before the experience is scheduled to start;
  • 75% refund if you cancel 14 days before the experience is scheduled to start;
  • 50% refund if you cancel 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour departure.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation is confirmed.

Timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the tour destination.

If you want to reschedule the date of your experience or change the number of guests, you can do that up to 7 days before the experience starts.

Booking Confirmation:

  • Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A booking confirmation and detailed itinerary will be provided once payment is received.
